Does anyone know where I can find a list of legal payday lenders in Nevada. My daughter took out a loan with greenwood holdings llc. pretty sure they are not legal but want to find a list for her. They are calling and threatening her with jail...lol

I am pretty sure they are an illegal lender...their threats are VERY illegal. Debts are civil, not criminal.

They are illegal lender.

They are illegal lender. Debts are civil case, not a criminal offense. So you can’t go to jail for that. Your daughter owes them only the principal, nothing more than that. Tell her to file a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC.
