Does Cash in a Wink ever stop calling? Sweet heavens, it's been over a month since I sent them revocations, and still non-stop calling every day. They are calling my work non-stop and my references. I have had it. Can anyone give me any insight on what to do? I believe they handle their collections in house, so I think I may be unable to send cease and desist letters. I still need to file my reports with the AG regarding them (and the others). I also have a loan with WS/Cash Call that I've been gun-shy to get the revocation process rolling on, because they are hounding me about my new checking account and I haven't even sent them any "illegal loan notices" yet....So I can only imagine how it will be when I stop paying them. I still have principal left to pay (but I've overpaid that and more in prior loans with them). Someone help! I want to get CIAW in check before I move on to taking on WS/Cash Call.

They are illegal & probably will stop calling in about 2-3 weeks when they know you aren't falling for it
They still calling me
I've been getting calls from CIAW over a month now. I owe them 37.50 of the principal but I've been told to ignore them also. I'm getting tired of the calls though. I know I have to wait it out though.
If they are still harassing
If they are still harassing you at work, you need to have a conversation with your boss if you can and let him or her know what is going on--because a sneaky collector might try and get them on the phone. If you have told them what is going on that takes the element of surprise away from the PDL. Just a thought.
