Power Finance Texas may be able to offer you an extend payment plan or they may require you go into collections to work out a payment plan - either way the best way to deal with that one only is to call their corp office and see what you can work out..

Power Finance Texas is a legal store front lender. The rest are illegal lenders. Follow the link in my signature line for information on how to deal with them. You owe principal only...no interest and no fees.

Bank account secured. Bank worked with us with no problem.

Step one completed. Our bank account has been secured. Our bank worked with us without any problems. Next step send the emails to the lenders.

Sent emails to the lenders. Now we wait and see what happens. A little nervous.

And when I log on to signmyloan.net it appears I have no loan at all with them!!!

All a good sign - I would have them either mail or email the form to you - and let us know what it says prior to returning it.. the only bad thing is in an email you will have to open the attachment from them - I would ask them to mail it to you!

I would say if it shows no amount listed for payment is because they know that can't ACH your account.. how much have you paid to date on these two - I know from above the amount borrowed was - $400 each.. Also on signmyloan - originally borrowed $400 - how much already paid to date?

The only response from them was that they received my email and it would be processed in the order received. When I log on to both sites it says I have a balance due of $520, but no amount listed as the next payment. The next payment due date is 6/29/13 for OneClick and 6/30 for United Cash Loans. Any one know what this means?

Signmyloan.net was $300 paid $398.75
Oneclickcash was $400 paid $360.00
United Cash was $400 paid 240.00
Vandelier was $300 paid $990.00 still have not heard from them.

I would wait a little while see if the other 3 respond.. Have an idea of how you want to pay the 2- if they agree to the principal balance of $40 and $160 and relax...:)

United and One Click Cash have offered settlements. They say they are tribal and I am bound by the contract I signed. I know this is inaccurate. The settlement amounts are for the remaining principal plus the fee for the loan. What response do I need to send?

I found the response I needed to send to these tribal lenders. I will keep you posted.

And just in case it differs - plainly tell them - you are willing to send balance of principal only minus any thing already paid.. if they refuse they will get nothing and if they sent to a collection agency you will merely send a C&D for collection on a null and void debt..
