National Payday....are you are under wage assignment??? Wage assignment is totally voluntary....you can reject it by writing the lender and giving a copy to your payroll department. On top of that, the loan is ILLEGAL...they are offshore in costa rica and unlicenced~!!~

All of your lenders are illegal in your state. You owe them only the principal balance. No interest, no fees. Just close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. Ask them for the refund, as you have already overpaid them.

I would fax them your letter
I would fax them your letter revoking ACH authorization and cancelling your wage assignment right away - with the date of original letter sent..make sure your payroll department has a copy..
Pixycash
pixycash is still calling me at work and has not acknowledged the email I sent. They are saying that they are going to move forward with the employment assignment that they have if I don't make arrangements by the end of business tomorrow. What should I do
continued on pixycash comment
Okay let me back up. You would have signed a "voluntary wage assignment". That would not require a court order. Sorry for confusion. Refax the revocation of wage assignment and let your employer know just in cash they proceed.

response
Same as your original response. They are illegal and you only owe principal. Subtract what you have paid and tell them you pay that amount only and on your terms not theirs. In the case of UCL you owe them 400.00 and Plain Green 163.04, that is according to what you say in your post that you paid. Both I'm sure will turn you over to collections either in house as would be the case with UCL, not sure about Plain Green. Be firm and stick to your guns.
