I am trying to email Payday One(now called Rise) but the email address they gave me is bounces back at me as mailer unknown. I don't want to talk to them on the phone about making payment arrangements for this payday loan. I want to either fax them or email them my payment arrangements. Does anyone have a fax number for them or an email address?

You can still email them at the support@paydayone.com address. Apparently, the other one isn't working yet.

Their FAX number is 866.580.1228.

I'm curious what your situation is with them as I am also trying to get an EPP set up with them. This switch to Rise has really messed me up big time.

Thank you so much! I will keep you up to date and let you know how it goes. I talked to them on the phone a couple weeks ago before the payday loan was due and the guy told me to wait for the email from them saying the payment had been returned. SO I did and then sent me that emailaddress that does not work and a phone number but no fax number. So I will email them and fax them.

They have changed into a "multiple payment payday loan" or as they call it "Installment loan" company as of June 23rd. It is completely different now, much more expensive, and similar to Plain Green, Great Plains, etc. (minus the tribal aspect). Also, there are no longer any options to rollover payments. You have one payment amount spread over a certain number of installments. I've been a PayDay One customer since 2009 and never had a problem. Then they switched to this mid-way through my loan and won't work with me at all to pay off my old PD 1 loan on a payment plan.
I would try very hard to not use them anymore if possible.

Sorry, if my response shows up twice. I have also been trying to contact RISE since 7/2. Every email they show bounces back as undeliverable, yet they are sending emails from those addresses?? I was able to send one thru to their old email, and that's the only one that didn't bounce back, but I never got a response. Now today I get an email about how my account is in serious jeopardy. Well duh, I've been trying to contact you all month, and before my payment was due! So yea, not sure if they're going to work with me on payments. Have a feeling that's not gonna happen. Sounds like they want all now, and that won't be possible. You can also try using the "contact us" on their website. I have had luck with a couple getting thru on there. They just never answer my questions!

Yes, clearly they haven't switched their email accounts over from paydayone.com yet. I've had a lot of issues communicating with them through email as well. My advise would be to contact them at support@paydayone.com. You can also call their Account Services Department at 866.580.1227. Their email is either accounts@paydayone.com or accountservices@paydayone.com.
