Hind Sight

Just like most of the folks here, I have been going through payday loan hell. I had no idea of the laws, I had no idea that some are legal and not legal. Yes it was my own damn fault and I got myself into this mess to begin with BUT it is almost as if these companies are preying on people that are in a financial mess to begin with and they just dig the holes deeper. Offering no faxing, easy to get payday loans that can be in your bank account alot of times the next day, is really setting people up to fail. You take a payday loan to get you by then you take another to pay that loan, then you take another to pay that loan and then you take another just to start paying your bills because your paychecks are going for these crazy high interest payments on these payday loans. It is a viscious circle and it has been a total nightmare for me since November of last year. I have gotten behind on my legitmate bills because of them and trying to get the payday loans paid off when you are borrowing from Peter to pay Paul, is impossible. I am so glad I found this website and forum and many thanks to the folks who help and answer the endless questions and give advice. Without you guys I would be a total wreck. It continues to be a fight with these companies and I appreciate your help. I have one legal payday loan(payday one) I need to pay and a cash advance from my bank that I am going to have to try and make payments on once my new checking account has my direct deposit set up and then NO MORE PAYDAY LOANS!! They are a bad idea!!
