Nervous Now

Ok I sent out my letters to all 5 companies. I am just nervous now as to how they each will respond.

Can anyone give me an idea of how long it takes to respond?

Has anyone received a refund before and if yes how long did it take then to mail it?

These are the companies I emailed:
Plain Green
EZ Payday
Northcash
Magnum Cash Advance
Payday One now called RISE

Anyone ever deal with these companies before?


How long does it take to get registered. I have been waiting for hours to get the email with the password!

All the above mentioned lenders are illegal except payday one/RISE. You owe them only the principal amount. You can ask them for the refund, if you have overpaid them. But it depends on their discretion whether or not to return back your money. As far as the legal loan is concerned, you are responsible for both the principal and interest. In this case you may try to set up a payment arrangement with them.
