I have had three or four loans with CWB services at one time. They use different names such as Triple Services, Cloud Lending, etc. but are all at a @cwbservices.net email. Are they all the same company? I have overpaid Triple Services by $900 so rather than requesting a refund, could I just not finish paying the principle to Cloud Lending and call it even??

yes they are one and the same so take anything debited, and overdebited by these illegals and see.if the principle is paid in this roundabout way then you are done, but since they are connected take the overpayment to triple and apply it to cloud.then determine what if anything is owed to cloud.

I have two loans with these companies in which I have paid the interest on them so many times that what I actually borrowed has been repaid. I cannot get in contact with them and would like to stop paying them. Has anyone heard of these two companies? I know that CP Investors is affiliated with CWB Services but I am unsure of the other company. Any idea on what my next move would be. I live in Texas.
Thanks!

I'm in the middle of waiting on responses to my revocation letters to these guys cwb services...and a few others. Vista B is telling me they will continue collection activity until their is an arrangement set on my account. I have overpaid principal to them by 200.

Dear VistaB aka Fast Next Day Cash

You are not getting another penny out of me so you might as well mark my account as paid in full. You are not licensed in my state of _________ and thus the loan itself is null and void.

I paid them back less than I borrowed after the emailed me a letter agreeing to it. Stop paying and when they start calling negotiate. You have more power than they do and they know it...

how much was borrowed, and how much was debited?you only should payback the principle only.so you negotiate to pay the principle.they have no power period.the reason they still use the same tactics is that they still get more than the loan principle.ask yourself.you paid less than what you borrowed, but did you pay what you truly owed?there is a diiference there as again they have no power at all,and to get more than what they lent is a win for them.not you.
