(855) 868-2577 keep calling me and wont say who she is and wont tell me what its regarding and caller ID only displays number and says unknown.
If it is collection dont they need to mail something to my home address? I live in California. What are collection laws? They also had someone call from a blocked # and the man said words like, cant say who he is and restraining order, litigation, couldnt say where I could call to make pymts and all for a bill of $145? If im on unemployment can they do anything regarding that? Shouldnt they devulge who they are when calling my phone? I dont answer blocked calls and ive never received USPS mail from them so what are my rights? Thank you for your time.

Just Googled the number --
TRS - Total Recovery Solutions -
Hours of Operation:
Mon-Thurs: 8:00am-6:00pm CST
Fri: 8:00am-4:00pm CST
Toll Free Phone: (855) 868-2577 - Fax: (866) 602-2026

I would get an address from them - request a debt validation - see if it something you owe.. if not then send them at Cease & Desist Letter via fax or CMRRR..

Do you owe any debt? If not, then don’t call them back. In this case they may be scammers. If required file a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC.

it doesn't if they owe debt.this bottomfeeder broke the law hand over fist.that's the point as nothing they said had a grain of truth.the FDCPA exists for a reason, and this is it.

I get these calls 3x a day but don't answer. They never leave a voicemail, so it must not be important. It isn't valid until you receive notice in the mail. I certainly won't validate info over phone.

I wouldn't worry to much about this company since they cannot even send you a letter iin mail.
