I got a few loans, not even sure which one is calling. But I stopped dealing withthem because the people was just rude. Telling me I can't talk unless they tell me and continued to harass me and my managers at work. I don't know how the laws work in tx about garnishing my check. I have every intention to pay them back, which I have said to them, but still they were just rude and wouldn't let me set up a payment plan

Are you talking about paycheck? If yes, then they can’t garnish your paycheck since it is exempted from garnishment in Texas.
