I am wondering who this guy is who called me.. He said that his name is Dameon Johnson and that he was getting ready to start to process papers on me for court ..and that it was real important that I call this number to get in touch with the plaintiff before that takes place..I had a loan with 500 FC and usfastcash and sent them request for overpayments..They have yet to stop calling, they will stop then start back up again..This guy (Dameon) was actually speaking English..(thats what is concerning to me) Anyone know what this is all about???? Also has anyone actually been sued from a collection agency for non payment of a payday loan..Oh by the way this guy said that it was for a bad check..My lenders were illegal in my state..HELP

If your lenders are illegal in your state, then they won’t be able to take any legal action against you. They are just trying to scare you. I think this guy is a scammer artist. Don’t share any personal information with them. File a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC.

i got the name of a scam called affirmative litigation from 800notes.it is a complete bottomfeeding scam.use that number to file a police report as again the loser broke the law hand over fist.also there are alot of said scams in NY,AND FL so don't assume that because it's not someone in a boiler room in the middle east means it's legit.it is a scam.so report and ignore.
