I am clueless

Please don’t judge me, I already know I am an No You are not!!

I took an installment loan from Spot Loan. I made three payments. I now realize, I cannot continue to make the payments. The initial loan amount was for $800. I have made three payments, of $135.00. I don’t seem to be making a dent in the interest rate!

I don’t even know if installment loans are legal in my state. I am in Pennsylvania!

I don’t know if I should I just take another installment loan to be able to make the payments? On the current loan, just to stay current with the payments. I don’t how to hand this mess.

I don’t know if an installment loan goes on my credit report?

I am so clueless, and overwhelmed, and feel like a moron….

Spot Loans are tribal loans, Lending of payday loan is prohibited in the State of Pennsylvania. So this loan is null and void. You are only morally obligated to repay principal borrowed on your own terms.. You borrowed $800 and repaid $405 - so owe $395.

Email I sent to Spot Loan:

It has come to my attention, that installment and payday loans are illegal in Pennsylvania.



Therefore I will be making payments for the amount of my loan, and not the interest rate which is exceedingly insane, and illegal.



Please don't quote your tribal owned entity bullshit, the laws are governed by the laws of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians of North Dakota, even though the tribe is federally recognized Indian Tribe, there are still laws in United States of America that protect me!





Thankfully the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania: acknowledges that payday loans, store front loans, and installment loans are illegal!



So you know the drill, but let me reinforce it for you:



1-Don't call me, at phone, work, my references, or cell phone number



2-Don't quote your Tribal owned entity bullshit! We both know you're an illegal lender in Pennsylvania.



Let me reinforce there is too be no telephonic communication at all!



Additionally, I revoke all authorization ACH, debit card, credit card, I have formally granted Spotloan!

i like the letter,but chances are good they will ognore it them being tribal.you are following helpinaz's sticky right and closed your account.that is most important.again like the letter.
