What will happen to the credit card points?

In the beginning of the year, I had accumulated a lot of points in my credit cards. I had planned to use them for booking hotels. However, I could not go anywhere due to the pandemic. What will happen to those credit points? Will I lose them completely? What about the hotels? Will they allow me to use those points later?

It is better you call the credit card company and let them know this without further delay. You should have done it long back. They might adjust your points for such things in the future.
