I am a 33 year woman. My husband is 38. Are we eligible to receive Social Security benefits in our thirties?

Well, Social Security payments are based on your highest 35 years of earnings. If you have less than 35 years of earnings, the years in which you haven't worked will be counted as zeroes in the calculations. So, I would suggest you wait until you complete 35 years of earnings.
