Spot Loan question

I have dealing with getting rid of Zest Cash, now known as Spot Loan since last October. I had gotten a couple different collection letters, from two different agencies. I have heard nothing for about 3 months now. Am I to possibly assume they have given up? Or do they ever give up?! I would love to know I will never hear from them again. Would love to know if anyone has dealt with them.

Any collection agency that contacts you make sure you send them a cease and desist letter.
Spot loan is an illegal
Spot loan is an illegal lender. If any collection agency try to contact with you, ask them to validate the debt in writing via certified mail with a return receipt request. If they don’t give any reply, then forward them a Cease and Desist letter.
