None of your lenders are legal in the state if FL. Check to see how much you got from them vs how much you have paid and only pay them the difference, if you have overpaid any of them demand a refund. Follow the instruction under the sticky "how to deal with illegal lenders" and file complaint against all of them with the FL office of financial regulation. Western Sky will be the hardest to deal with but what you need to do with this one is file the complaint against Western Sky and also against whoever is servicing the loan, either CashCall or Delbert Services. Once you receive the notices from the FOFR about the legality of the loans dispute them on your credit report and attached copies of the notices that you received. I have ended up with some luck doing this and got them removed from my credit report with those notices.

How much originally borrowed from each and how much already repaid to date on each?

All the above mentioned lenders are illegal in your state. You owe them nothing more than the principal balance. No interest, no fees. Simply close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. You can ask them for the refund, if you have overpaid them.

I would file a complaint with the Florida Office of Financial Regulation; I did and received a letter telling me that the loan(s) I have are illegal and unenforceable in Florida.
