Verifax??

I recently sent a letter to Great Plains advising them they are illegal etc. (form letter posted on the website). Today i happened to answer the phone at my place of employment and Verifax was calling to supposedly update information. Once I questioned them about why they were doing this, they told me they were trying to verify info about me. I asked why and said its normal they do it for banks etc. What should i do now?

a google search just turns up 800 notes complaints.do you have a number for them?if so i would report them.they are supposedly a locator.has bottomfeeder witten all over it.again report them.
