Boulevard Cash...Security update??

they already have all my info...
I suspect they want my debit card number or something...I revoked ACH and I suspect they can't do ACH anyways... a couple due dates have passed and nothing has been going on with any of the PDL I have been dealing with... strange...
One of them emailed me this four weeks ago... : "Unfortunately we are experiencing technical difficulties with our bank and will not be able to process payments for your upcoming due date. The charges due will be pulled from your account early next week. If you would like to pay over the phone using a credit or debit card you may give us a call. Your payment will be processed ASAP please make sure the funds are available."
something's going on with the ACH network and PDLs...
