I have a loan now with plain green that took out in may of 2013 in the amount of $1400.00. so far i have paid them $735.45, however, this has been my third loan with them. first loan was for $800.00, I paid $2055.72, second loan was for $1000.00, I paid $2840.34.

Would I agree to pay the principal on the last loan or should I ask for a refund since I have already overpaid them.

I need help before I send my e mails. Thanks

I would suggest adding all three together - borrowed $3200, repaid $5631.51 - refund owed to you $2431.51 - you can ask - unlikely you will get - but you should demand a paid in full on the account. Follow the link below in my signature line.
