Plain green and western sky

I just received an e mail from plain green that they accept a settlement to pay off the remaining balance of my loan of $665.55 in 4 monthly payments after I send them an e mail yesterday as suggested in this forum. One out, 3 others to go. Shall I respond back to them that I would only send them money orders or via prepaid card?
As western sky goes, I took a loan for$1000.00, they added a fee of $500 on top of that, have paid them monthly &198.07 for 12 months, the contract is for 24 months. I found out that belbert is now handling this account when I called cash call last month, I checked the delbert web site and all my history info was there. I closed my bank acct last month and I had a payment due at the start of this month. I have not gotten any calls from delbert, western sky, cash all or any e mails that payment did not go thru. What shall I do with delbert?. Send them a c and d e mail or wait until they contact me. I file complaints with the Florida division of financial services and I'm waiting for their response. The interest rate is 149 percent. Please help. Thanks

You do not need an agreement from Plain Green...you simply pay back any principal balance you owe at YOUR convienence by money order only. You do not need their permission on what you are to pay. You can pay them back $1 per month if you wish....there is nothing they can do about it.
Delbert is a CA...they have stupidly purchased illegal western sky debt. Thus I would not pay them one single penny. Send them a cease and desist and tell them to bug off...they bought dirty paper that is null and void.
