You should be sending it directly from their own website.. under the contact page - best way to ensure they get it since once you send you will get usually a generic response letting you know they have received.. I would try that.. and then wait.. we have told you this... You just copy and paste your letter in..

I have sent 4 emails and recieved one response stating "The issue you've described in your email may be resolved more efficiently if we can speak with you".

Haven't heard anything else.

All I got when I sent the e mail from their web site was "a representative will contact you shortly" out of their web site. I have not gotten an actual e mail from them. Shall I try again?

As long as you got the generic response you have proof they got your email revoking ACH and canceling wage assignments. If you secured your bank account, then all is just a waiting game, your money is safe from them, just give it time..

Today, before I could close my account after my last direct deposit mobiloans debited my account as Mobil ON and slipped through the ach block I had on my account for Mobiloans which is how they previously debited my account. My account is $450 in the negative and BoA can't let me file the fraud claim until tomorrow after the transaction clears processing. I'm completely stressed and haven't slept all week dreading that this would happen and now it has. Is this ever going to end??

I called them after serveral faxes and email with no response. Yelled at the rep and got an email sent while I was on the phone confirming I had been removed from ACH debits. They still havent addressed the payments on the principal only yet. BOFA can do a hard ACH block which will stop them for one year all transaction all amounts. Thats what I had them do. They also reported it to the fraud department for me. I explained the situation to them in detail. You have to let them know that the company is illegal. The rep I got heard of Mobiloans and took the extra steps. Yo may want to call BOFA again .Hope this helps.

Thank you, Michigan1. I appreciate the advice and I'll definitely mention what you've said when I call BoA. I hope I get a rep who can help. I'm at the end of my rope..

After sending several emails to mobiloan I only recieved one response and that was to contact them to resolve issue. I tried logging on to mobile loans today to check if they closed account as PIF and it looks like they locked me out of account. Has anyone experienced this? Is it safe to say my account was closed?

I have still not heard from Mobile Loans. i have e mailed them last week from their own web site and also to customerservice@mobiloans.com. No e mail response from them. I have overpaid them and checked with the Office of Financial regulations for the State of Florida and they told me they are not licensed here. Shall I keep waiting for them to respond?

Have you received the generic response saying they got your email revoking ACH auth and cancelling wage assignment? Is your account secure? If yes to both of these.. who cares then - relax if you still owe any principal eventually they will respond and if not your money is safe from them. If they turn over to CA you will send a C&D when the time comes.. I as sure you have more fun things to do then send them emails.. and waste your money on Certified Mail.. You can keep sending - have you tried logging into your account - see what it says when you do...

Mom finally heard from Mobiloans today. They want to settle for 130.00. She said no. She only owes 35.00 on the principal. So we will see what they say.

I logged in my account and it says it is past due to call them for alternated payment arrangements. I e mailed them last week from both the web site and sent to customercare@mobiloans.com. I have not received a thing from them. From their web site it only responded "you e mail has been successfully sent. a representative will contact you shortly"

It took me a week of sending them emails everyday and they finally sent me one back for paying the principle on my terms. Just keep contacting them with your terms and they'll cave. Every one of my loans eventually caved with the exception of Western Sky. Just keep at it, don't give up!!

With Mobiloans, all you needed to confirm they got was what you received.. and they can not get into your bank account, so I would wait that out.. You don't need to be tied to sending them repeatedly, you've done your part - now if they want their money they will respond, if they don't want any more money they won't - Either way your money is safe from them.

HelpinAZ I sent numerous email via the website, I haven't received any generic reponse, then I email them directly no reply, I sent certified return receipts (3 weeks ago) that is the only way I know they got my letters. But still no reply

~~~~~~ I received $ 1000.00 paid them 595.00 in fees and payments which leave $ 405.00, they want to settle my account for $260.00.~~~ I may send them a money order for that... But that payment schedule doesn't coincide with my pay period (monthly) and they know this because it already on file sent them email back~~~~ What do yall think will send them a money order 1/2 in October and other 1/2 in November
to me it says they agree on the 260.00.no due date,no payment amount.so while they agrreed to that i would still be leary as again there is no date or amount due on said date.
