For Marylanders, My Cash Now also d/b/a/ as Payday Max has been issued a final order from Maryland Dept of Financial Regulation that loans are illegal, unenforceable. They have been ordered to pay a fine and restitution will be made to persons who took out loans with them. Another victory!
