I've sent email, overnight mail and sent certified letter below

Dear Plain Green

You are already aware that payday lenders Or loan companies must be licensed by the state of Mississippi in order to offer loans to its residents. Since your company has no license in my state, the loan contract I have with you is not valid. Although I am not legally required to do so, I am willing to repay the principal balance of this loan. To date, I received a deposit of $2000 on 05/10/2012, and have had 16 monthly withdrawals including fees and payments totaling $4510.24 debited from my account. This results in an overpayment of $ 2518.24

At this time I am requesting a return email acknowledging that my loan has been paid in full. Also, I would like a refund of the $2518.24 overpayment. A refund check of $2518.24 should be mailed to me at the address you have on file.

I’ve already had sent revoking authorization for ACH withdrawals and any wage assignment I may have signed. I have given a copy of these revocations to both my bank and my employer. Any future attempts to collect funds in this manner will be blocked.
Please respond to this letter with acknowledgment that my account has been satisfied in full. Details of when I can expect the refund check, as discussed above.

SO I TRIED LOGING IN MY ACCOUNT AND IT SAYS

Dear ;

Your correspondence has been directed to me for review.

We are sorry you are not satisfied with your Plain Green Loan. At this time we have closed your account from further activity.

To further clarify your questions regarding the legality of this loan, Plain Green is organized under the laws of the Chippewa-Cree Tribe of the Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation of Montana (“Chippewa-Cree”). Plain Green is owned by the Chippewa-Cree, and operates exclusively on land owned by the Chippewa-Cree. As such, Plain Green stands as an “Arm of the Tribe,” in the view of the United States state and federal courts. Therefore, loans made by an arm of a sovereign Indian nation are not subject to state law. This is NOT a payday loan.

This letter is written to help you understand that Plain Green and its loan contracts are governed exclusively by the laws of the Chippewa-Cree.

Pursuant to your request, we have removed your contact numbers from our system and we will make no further ACH debits from your account.

Thank you again for your time and consideration.

UPDATE!! Late checking my emails I received this from Great plains today

Dear L;

Your correspondence has been directed to me for review.

Pursuant to your request, we have removed your contact numbers from our system and we will make no further ACH debits from your account. Your account has been closed from further activity.

By way of background, Great Plains is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the Otoe-Missouria Tribe of Indians (“Otoe-Missouria”), a federally recognized Indian Tribe. Great Plains is owned and operated by the Otoe-Missouria Tribe, and operates exclusively on land owned by the Tribe. As such, Great Plains is an “arm of the tribe,” and entitled to the same immunity from state laws as is the Otoe-Missouria Tribe.

Thank you again for your time and consideration.
