Cash call question.

Is anyone else getting weekly letters from Cash Call asking for refinance to lower payments? And/or to settle? I've paid $900 more than the principle, filled a complaint with AG (which is going to court on the 24th!) but I'm getting flooded with Cash Call mail. Is this happening with anyone else?

ignore those but save them.they as well as western sky are going down,and that is their attempt to get you paying again.

They are illegal lenders. Ask them for the refund, as you have overpaid them. Close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. Don’t share any personal information with them. If required, send them a C & D letter.
