Help!! Allied Cash changed their loans to 14 days instead of paydays. I have been going there for more years than I care to figure up. I went in to pay off and reloan and they told me they had already sent my check to the bank. I put a stop payment on it because I had other checks coming through. I owe $622 plus whatever fees they plan to charge me. I am Indiana and it is storefront and legal. What do I do now? I don't have the money to pay it but am aware I owe it. I am just sick about this,

Did they notify you of the change??

You gotta get out this cycle. Call their corporate office and get yourself set up on an extended payment plan.

I am concerned about the legalities. No one has contacted me yet. Do they have to set up a payment plan?

I don't know if they "have" to set up a payment plan, but the best thing you can do is contact their main office and talk to them and explain your situation. Let them know that you are not trying to get out of paying them, but the change has hurt you, and like SOAPLADY said, you need to get out from under them. As I am sure you know, payday loans are a vicious cycle and it just keeps costing you more and more in the long run. Hang in there!!!
