Hi there,

I'm so happy to have found this forum. I am working on getting registered, but haven't received my password yet...and I just couldn't wait to get started.

I live in Texas and have multiple online loans out now. I am willing to work with them, but haven't heard back from them.

I know that three of the loans that I have are legal (CashnetUSA, Speedy Cash and Cash Central) and am working with them to set up EPP. (I am working on revoking ACH right now.)

My question has to do with Plain Green, Mobiloans and Spotloans. Right now I have contacted all three, revoking ACH following the template on this site.

I owe about $300 on the principal on Plain Green, have overpaid Mobiloans about $25 and owe Spotloans about $650 on the principal.

Spotloans I am still researching (there's not a lot of about them on this site, and they seem pretty adamant, so I am not going to go for the jugular until I have a better game plan).

Both Mobiloans and Plain Green are saying that I am now past due, but I do think that they have canceled ACH. I sent the letter to Plain Green last week and Mobiloans yesterday...how much time should I give them? I've sent the email to Plain Green twice and they have yet to really respond.

Thanks, and if I'm asking anything covered well on this site, just link me in the right direction.

Again, thanks for all the help, both recent and I future!

Did you send the emails to them - mobiloans and plain green from their websites directly - you should have received a generic response back, you can try to log in online to your accounts and see what it says.

You did secure your bank account before you sent out the emails?

Mobiloans and Plain Green are illegal lenders. You owe them only the principal balance. You should close down your old bank account immediately and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. Don’t share any personal information with them.

Having just dealt with spot loans this week, I can tell you they are tribal and therefore illegal I live in NY where right now they are aggressively going after these guys and I am sure mentioning that swayed them, Anyways I had only overpaid by 62 and yesterday received the email that as a courtesy they would consider by account to be settled in full
