I have a Cloud 9 Loan of $1000. I was wondering if they are illegal in PA. I have made 2 payments already totaling over $650.

Register with the forums!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All payday loans are illegal in PA. You owe principal only...no interest and no fees. Follow the link in my signature line for full information on how to deal with illegal loans.

you need to see a manager to do ACH revocations nobody else.anybody else will push stop payments.those never work as the lender will change names and/or amounts.see a manager and get the account secured/closed asap.

You are revoking ACH not putting on a stop payment, Tell them to close down your account and open a new one not linked to the old account, this is the only sure fire way to keep them out any way.. If you have to tell your bank your account was compromised . You need to talk to a manager not a teller..

So i talked to my bank and they said the only thing they can do Is a stop payment (that would cost me $35). They said it would only be good for a limited time and I would have to setup a new stop payment each time.I talked to someone at the local branch and the person that handles ACH is not in today. Figures.

Got the account closed and opened a new one. My bank said they see this all the time. Got emails and phone calls from the still active loans. Sent them off the letter from SOAPLADY signature (thanks). I have an old payday loan from Lakota Cash, should I try and recover the overpayments from them?
