Good Morning,

I just received a call from 716-478-4951 from someone named Daniel Desario from ACP which is a "litigation" firm out of New York. He said he was in the receipt of 2 complaints that are in his office and will soon be turned to the county. He didnt say where the complaints were from/for on the voicemail. After doing a search, I couldn't come up with anything on this ACP company-I searched the forums, and it looked like there was one other post from ACP-is this another bottom feeder?

Just curious if anyone had any information on this company before I decided to call back. Nothing popped up after googling the phone number or ACP company name either.

for one are you in NY?even if so this is a complete bottomfeeding pile of garbage.report this loser and ignore future calls.do not call back.i googled the number and nothing but complaints.

Probably a bottom feeder. The term "litigation firm" is fishy enough... sounds like typical bottom feeding scammer lingo. Using big words to scare people.

I would like to know if there legit also. I have a Frank Vega calling me wanting $ 650 but the original bill was 280. Now there having another company calling me to serve me Friday

This same guy just called me again, last sentence was "I'm not going to go chasing you around ma'm my next phone call will be to your place of employment" he also asked to speak to my attorney...who ARE these people?

both of you need to file police reports as this is a complete lawbreaking scam.there is nothing legit about it.period!

Funny thing was when I got one of these calls (different number and name)and called them back about 2 hours later and stated that I was in my attorneys office and that he was going to be put on the phone and he would want their Bar association number, they hung up! lol. Yeah right they are a legit legal firm!

right on tomm.i did that as well about five years ago.they throw out that threat,but look absolutely ridiculous when somebody actually has a lawyer.these losers are so stupid,and lazy.

Acp is actually under the name chambers and MacLaine LLC located in the Bewley building on main st in Lockport ny their a payday loan service. It's illegal to collect pay day loans and they know this!!!!!
