the FOFR is preparing a case against Western Sky/CashCall right now, I don't know when they will file but the person that I spoke to there stated they are working on it right now.

Western Sky is Incorporated in Nevada. Their Terms of Use state they are owned by the Cheyenne Sioux Tribe on tribal land. The website states they are not owned by the Cheyenne Sioux Tribe and are located on the "exterior" boundary of tribal land. Western Sky closed on 9/3/2013 but first sold accounts to Delbert Services aka Cash Call to avoid being licensed in some states. The Cheyenne Sioux Tribe as of todays date has not signed a resolution to support him. He is still in business- just call 18669714477 or 18663847129 Pay Day Finances - they handle Western Sky Accounts.

Unregistered -- Western Sky Financial is a South Dakota chartered LLC - Delbert Services is, however, a Nevada corp. Western Sky Financial is the front for the de facto lender Cash Call, Inc. owned by J Paul Reddam who also owns Delbert Services. You are correct in that the CRST does not support Martin Webb or his illegal lending scheme and, in fact, during a special session of the tribal council where Webb tried to get them to back him due to all of the state and federal lawsuits which did, in fact, shut him down in September, the Council voted "NO" to any support and also pointed out the fact that his lending scheme and these WS issued loans violate the Tribe's usury laws.
