I have gotten a cal from this office and it appears to be located in OK and have an office in NY, but it does not appear anywhere that it has a branch or can opperate in South Dakota.
I took out a loan from CashCentral and they are licensed and will pay them, should I contact directly as there are just TOO many complaints against this law office and the fact they would not state they can opperate in south dakota.

Cashcentral probably will not
Cashcentral probably will not want to deal with you...that is why they hired a CA.
As for licencing, you would have to call to find out if they have a collection agency license in your state if required. Most CA's do....and they are not required to post it on their website or have an office in your state.
