I'm trying not to just walk away from my 7 PDLs, but I need some flexibility, maybe better terms. I'm in Texas, and they actually keep pissing me off more and more. I just sent revocation letters (I had informally told them I wouldn't allow access to any bank account), I had already opened a new account and moved my direct deposits over there. My old bank, BofA, won't let me close the old account, though it is hundreds of dollars in the hole due to NSFs. Anyhow, ACE told me they cancel my ACH withdrawals, but that automatically puts me in collections. I am not talking on the phone to anybody, and ACE and CashNetUSA are the only ones that talk to me at all via email.

CashNetUSA says I'm in collections until we have a payment agreement in place. I'm just going to give them $100 a month for a while and try to get the others paid off. Looking for some PIFs that are decent deals.

Who are all of your lenders - Ace is a legal lender.. and you will want to work out payment arrangements with the legal lenders first .. List out who all you sent letters to and how much borrowed and how much repaid to date.. We can guide you further..

So how much borrowed in total from each and still how much paid to date?

Remember Online lenders must be licensed in Texas.
But, Lender may be regulated as a credit service organization (CSO). Generally, a CSO does not need to be licensed so there is no limit to the maximum loan or finance charge.

You will want to check and see who is licensed? - Texas Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner http://www.occc.state.tx.us/

I can tell you that Mobiloan and Plain Green are not going to be they are tribal.

US Fast Cash is not the lender from what their website states - they are a locator.. Need to know actual lender?

I can tell you that Ace will be licensed and I believe Cash Net falls under CSO - You will want to work out with them 1st - they can and will sue... Who is Checking? And which site for United Cash?

United cash loans, check ngo. Checkngo regards each payment as a new loan. As for negotiating, what should I ask for? Wait 2-3 months, then offer 50% of the principal? They're going to demand all the principal, plus interest.

I have had these a few years, though they kept increasing my loan amounts. The ace loan is new, but now that I revoked ach, they demand all of it back at once.

us fast cash, united cash, mobiloans, and plain green - These 4 are illegal tribal loans, these are the ones that will matter how much borrowed and how much repaid!! Cash net usa is the only CSO I seen listed.. who are you including in the 3?... Ace and ChecknGo are not classified as CSO's.. With Ace your in default not if they have already put you into collections. They will work with you on payment arrangements - have you called their corp office or are you only talking to the local store.. you have to call corp..

us fast cash, united cash, mobiloans, and plain green are all tribal and can be dealt with by following the guideline lines below in my signature. These will be principal only that you are morally obligated to repay - on your own terms - so again - it would help us to help you if we knew how much borrowed in total and how much paid to date in total - you can demand over payments from previous to be applied to current..

Ace and Check n go are legal - licensed lenders - you will want to deal with them first.. call their corp office and talk to some one in collections and see what you can work out.. They can and will sue.. They are not going to wait it out, and they will more than likely not settle for 50% of principal.. usually when you default it freezes all and you can work out a payment plan to get them done, but these are the two you need to focus on.. Ace will run your check.. Did you make sure the old account is not linked to the old one.. and if BofA allows those to hit the old account it is going to cause you more problems.

Ace has already agreed not to hit me with an ach, but put me in collections and demanded the whole amount. How do I know when I'm in default? My new account is at a different bank.

how much I borrowed / paid in total? going back years, when I made my first loan with each? for example, cashnetUsa payments are about $5040 per year. each of the 3 CSOs had me pay back the full amount every 5-6 months, and 're-borrow it all 2 days later.

All my loans are internet loans. With ACE, sometimes I'd pick up loan proceeds from store, but loan made on internet. I should already call corporate offices? I thought I'd get a better deal after default.

update:

I did ACH revokes on all PDLs on 9/24. I offered EPP plans via email to CashNet USA and ACE on 9/30. ACE accepted; CashNet pretends to no longer receive my emails. I made a PIF offer to US Fast Cash; they didn't respond. This month, I only sent $100 to CashNet USA and CheckNGo, and $75 each to USFast Cash, Mobiloans, and United Cash Loans. Nothing to Plain Green Loans; I sent them the War Letter this morning, because they have been the biggest jerks, including hitting my old account with ACHs twice this month. I also sent an EPP offer to CheckNGo this morning.

Also, bank of America is fairly unhelpful. Plain Green Loans hit my account twice after ACH revocation, and when I tried to giveBofA a letter for my file, they said they couldn't do that. My account there has been negative for 7 weeks; i have a new bank.

Good news on Check N Go - I am surprised that Plain Green tried to debit after they got your ACH auth revoke, but that is why we say to close down the account... not just rely on the ACH revoke..
