This company call me and said that will take me to court if I don't come to term with the agreement for the payday loan that I never had. I look them up and nowhere to be found. It came up under the BBB and show a address and I look up it and it a UPS store. I verify the address with the UPS store and they do have a box with that suite number on it. I call the place and they said they are in a Commercial building business type. I ask these people to send me paper and they said they sent it to me in September and I ask them to send it to me agene and they said they cant if I willing to pay the debt then they will sent it to me via email only.

Tell them to go ahead and sue
Tell them to go ahead and sue you, you would be happy if they did because then you could counter sue them. By law they HAVE to give you contact information. Security risk indeed, maybe from all the angry consumers they defrauded.
