Integrity Advance is bring me a legal document

I am in Texas. Yesterday me and my boss and my HR debt and my husband began getting calls. 23 calls since yesterday. The person says that they are going to being a written notice of legal proceedings against me to my home and work. They asked me to call a # so I did. It is integrity advanced loan (or so they say). They say I took out this loan in 2010. I have no record of this company although I did take out a couple pay day loans back then.
Any advice? I am suddenly afraid they might actually come to my workplace.


integrity.hah that's an oxymoron as they have no integrity.in fact they broke the law hand over fist as they are an illegal lender.so have your boss and anyone else called file a police report.then just hang up on their sorry ass as again they broke the law hand over fist.report them,and pay them no mind they will not show up at your job as cowards never back up their tough talk.

Thank you for responding. I sure hope you are right! It's been very embarrassing that my boss and the HR lady have gotten these calls :(

Let them know that you are dealing with some fraud issues and they will understand. These 'scammers' will NOT show up anywhere. They are just reaching for some information to try to use to threaten you more.
