Plain Green/Mobiloans

I just emailed both companies telling them that I am revoking their ACH privilege to my account, and I plan to fax the same information to them tomorrow, along with a statement (printed from their websites) showing how much money I have paid to them.
Once I receive a fax transmission confirmation, I am taking both letters to my bank to be placed on file.
Thanks to everyone who has helped me out with their advice on this site. My payments on each loan are not due until the last day of this month, so hopefully I have taken care of this in time.
I hope to get the same results that several of you have gotten.
no
you don't wait!you give that ACH revocation to your bank manager today!do not give illegals any break.if you wait they will leave you drowning in NSF red ink.you go today with the ACH letter and see the manager.got it?everything else is fine but never revoke ACH with just the lenders.that is asking for it.
Oh, I took the ACH revocation
Oh, I took the ACH revocation letters to my bank ASAP after I got the fax confirmation that they had gone through.
Still waiting
I'm still waiting to hear back from both of these leeches in regards to the letter I emailed/faxed to them last week. I do know that both have received my letter, because when I sign into that account, they show that I have an urgent message to call them immediately.
If i have sent the letters and know that they have received them, what should I do now? Wait? How long does it usually take to get any acknowledgement from them?
Neither payment is due until the last day of this month, and I don't plan on giving them another dime, considering the PGL loan amount borrowed was $1200 and I have paid them back almost $1700. As for Mobi, I've been paying on them for a year ($300 original amount), and I know I've paid them WAY above that amount.)
Any and all help would be appreciated.
so i too had a loan with
so i too had a loan with mobiloans for 1000. after i found this website last year i followed all the steps and told them i would only be repaying the principle. needless to say they wouldnt agree. so with advice from people on here they said dont do anything until they agree. so now 6 months later i got a call at work from a ryan smith from accurate collections. when i called back the girl who answered the phone said she never heard if him but that could be cause she was new, come on really!?? they mumbled the same garbage about litigation and being served and how i intended to defraud. Should i just ignore them as usual?
