SCAM
A month ago I used their services promising me shit, that they can work with my 5 lenders, first I pay them $250 to start and then they kept taken $115 every payday for doing nothing, every time I called for 2 months they always told me that they are working on it, I thought the money $115 dollars goes to my lenders, they took $115 every payday for doing nothing.
Contact your AG
I don't know what state you are in but contact your Atty Gen. and file a complaint. Go to ripoffreport.com and file a complaint. Tell everyone so this business cannot take more money from others for not doing anything,
Payday Loan Support Center is a SCAM
I own Payday Loan store so I should know. They took money from a customer of mine and promised to take care of her loan. They did NOTHING. They never contacted my store. I tried to call them but only get a filled-up voice mail I couldn't even leave message with. All of you out there who has a payday loan you CAN negotiate directly with the lender. 95% of the time they will work with you. Do NOT believe in any scam artist or organization that "specialize" in any kind of consolidation. They don't do anything that you can't do on your own for free.
Dont answer calls
I work a payday loan company and have several clients with them and they NEVER answer the phone. Even for the people they are supposed to be paying? wow. Call their 800 number and go in as a lender and you will see that their is never an answer and the vm is always full. How are they going to pay your bills like that?
Neither do payday loan stores
Payday loan companies don't either. Negotiating, just like painting your own home, can be done by yourself or a professional. Some people choose professionals.
HelpinAZ had it right.
Below is a statement from HelpinAZ & it is true, that's all this company does is look to see if you legally owe the debt according to your state. That's it. They are a legal business in Mobile, AL, but they do not pay the BB's fees. If you don't legally owe the debtors, you have ZERO obligation to pay them back but they help you figure out which one you don't owe. They do have repeat clients, but it's only 'cause the client is scamming the Payday Loan Company they borrowed from, knowing that they can get away with borrowing money they don't have to pay back, so they come back to Payday Support Center to see who they legally owe. You can do what Payday Support Center does for you on your own by following HelpinAZ's advice below. Just like Jason said above, "Negotiating, just like painting your own home, can be done by yourself or a professional. Some people choose professionals. " You're welcome. ;o)
Sincerely,

I hope not
I just entered the program and I thought they paid the loans off. If not how do ingest out the program. My lenders are very nice and I'm sure they will work with me seeing I have paid them off a couple of times but had to reborrow.
You can do this yourself.
You can do this yourself. Get out of the program...it only costs you more money. List your state, names of lenders, how much originally borrowed, and how much paid back to date. Answer these questions and we can help you further.
payday support
Ditto for me until I finally caught on. Live in PA and PDLs are illegal esp the 2 I had (Magnum, discount advances). Sent them a long letter, expressing my dissatisfaction that I essentially paid them over $700 in fees and charges to send out 2 validation letters. That turns out to be $200+ per letter. In the end, they did give me a small refund ($115). I've successfully settled with my other pdls on my own. What a bunch of crooks; I think all these places are hooked into the payday lending network.
Payday loans
I've got 3 payday loans and the guy told me to send 88 dollars thru money gram and that they would take care of the rest
You can do this yourself
tell us what state you are in, names of lenders, how much borrowed, and how much paid back. Do not go with a company that says they will get you out of the payday loan trap. This will only cost you more money...when you can get help from us for free!!
payday support center
I wouldn't recommend using these people at all. They are full of bull, you pay them and then they out source you to a third party company after you have made your payments. You end up paying them hundreds of dollars and then the third party company still has to get your balance lowered with the lenders and you end up on another payment plan, so you end up paying money two times over. I figured by now I could have just kept paying on my own a little every month. I'm sure it wouldn't have totaled out to what I'm in for now.
Payday Loan Debt. Need Out
I live in Maryland and have these online payday loans: Plain Green, Spotloan and Cashnet USA. They all charge these ridiculous fees: I have paid off a significant amount to each and still have more to go. The balances are $900, $500 and $1600 respectively. What can I do to get out of these and get on a payment plan?

payday support
I wouldn't recommend these people either after I paid all my money I haven't heard from anyone about my loans im still getting phone calls from the lendor s I've been taken to court and I've end up paying more than what I actually borrowed. These people are a ripoff. What can I do?
DO NOT GET INVOLVED!!
We sent over 500 dollars to them and nothing! Not one piece of evidence proving they submitted contact paperwork to the lenders. I cannot believe we got involved with them. Do not waste your time. All they will do is tell you to close your account and then let them handle the rest. In my opinion, you can close your account on your own and THEN contact the lenders and they will work with you
