I need some help - I have had several loans with Plain Green and over the past two years I have overpaid more than $4300 in interest. My current loan has a principal balance of $2400.00 - I have been going back and forth for two weeks with them - I have revoked the ACH and Wage Garnishment - pointed out many many times that they are not legal in the State of Ohio. I have asked that my overpayment be applied to the outstanding principal and lets call it even - I will not pursue a refund. - they are not budging and just offering a 10 pay settlement on the principal - what's my next step?
I am also doing the same back and forth with Spotloan - same scenario - last loan overpaid by $2300 in interest - current loan - 800.00 - again they won't budge -
I'm almost there - just need these two taken care of and I'm done! Thanks to this forum!!!

just an update....Plain Green will not budge - still offering a 10 pay option of outstanding principal - when I have overpaid nearly $4000 in interest on past loans since 2011 - I am refusing but they won't cave in - Spot Loan has gone silent...no repsonse, nothing.....what next?

keep on it,but file AG,AND FTC complaints.they are illegal, and wrong and know it.if they won't budge after you file complaints.ignore their sorry ass.they can/will do nothing.

I have heard nothing from Spotloan at all - complete silence
I can no longer sign in to my account at Plain Green I have heard nothing from them as well - not responding to my emails. I have filed a complaint with the CFPB and the Ohio Attorney General's Office.
