I am registered on here but cannot figure out my sign in and password.

Anyway I had a loan with Clear Loans for $500. I refinanced twice for $150 each. Then paideia off 2 days later after the 2nd refinance for $520.

After reading through I have leaned that they are illegal in Oklahoma. So I emailed them asking for a refund. This is what I got back in return:

Has anyone had any luck getting money back after the loan was paid off? How about with these yahoos? When I called to ask if thy ha received the email they said yes but essentially laughed in my face and said I am ridiculous for asking for it.

Thanks for your help.

You can ask them for the refund, but it fully depends on their discretion whether or not to return back your money. There is high chance that they won’t refund money. Since they are illegal, so you owe them nothing more than the principal balance. Close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account.

respond this way:

dear typical tribal losers.your laws don't apply to me either.so if you won't refund then mark the account PIF,if not then i will c&d any bottomfeeder you sell it to.just know you will not get another dime from me.

respond that way as again they can't do spit to you.

The loan is paid in full. It has been paid off for two weeks now. They haven't tried debiting anything out of my account since. I am just trying to get the amount I paid over refunded back to me. If possible.
