Payday Hell to get out of

hello this is embarrassing but I'm in PDL hell and would like to know how to get out.
I currently live in TX
I have borrowed from the following:
Check n Go: borrowed: 800 bal: 909.29 paid: 200
CashnetUSA: borrowed: 800 bal: 1,002.46 paid: none
zocaloans: borrowed 400 12 payments of 154.26 paid 2 so far.
I want and need to get out of the cycle.... please help.
