i've not had a credit in over 5years, cause i was out of the country for a while. i've not even seen a bill in a long time. i just know my credit is bad. how do i start cause i don't even know who i owe money to nomore.

It seems that you are trying to prepare a list of your creditor. You can pull your credit report from three credit bureaus. Most of your creditors will be listed there. You can also get their contact details from your credit report.

However, if the contact info is not there in the credit file, you can search for the business with BBB. Please feel free to ask your queries in forums.
