Payda loan help in NJ

sorry I had written a longer post than deleted, bc i became paranoid the PDL were here on the board.

After reading the forum i did the steps to deal with illegal PDL - My bank put a block and also disputed the most recent charges.

I have 3 loans out currently
Soverign Advance - Borrowed $600 - paid $556 (had a prior loan in Nov for $600 - paid $1860 on that one >:( )
Golden Valley Lending - Borrowed $1000 - paid $700
Blue Trust Loans - Borrowed $725 paid $335

I send the emails from this site. I heard back from Soveriegn - they gave me the Tribal Law BS and told me if I dont pay they will send me to collections. I told them I am filing complaints with AG, FTC, CFPB etc

Heard back from Blue Trust - who agreed to the settlement of $390 - what I owe on the principal. I wrote i would pay in 4 monthly payments. He got snippy and said he would accept 2 montlhy payments and also gave me the Tribal BS. I think I will agree just to get him off my back

Have not heard back from Golden Valley.

My next course of action is filing the complaints
