I have gotten myself into quite a bit of trouble with multiple loans in the state of MO. I would love for someone to message me privately to speak about it. I have been in contact with Celeste at Progressive Debt Relief and they are saying it's about 40% of my total amount that I have to pay them.

Are you talking about payday loans here? In your state, payday loans are legal. So, you have to pay principal amount and interest both to get rid of your loans directly.
