Pay Day Lenders in OH

I've made stupid choices and taken out quite a few payday loans (mistake!!!). And now I'm in an even bigger hole than I ever thought possible. I've done research and found OH laws regarding payday lenders and what they are allowed to do. Then I find other information that says otherwise. Are you able to tell me where to look to see if the lenders I have are legal in OH and/or what I can do to get rid of them? I don't care to pay them but I can't keep paying these ridiculous fees. Thanks for your help
