May I ask how you figure that? when a revoke is in place you are eliminating all the interest fees for the whole loan, the balance is frozen as of today $400 the principle balance and two fees. if nothing set up your balance will be $430. And must be made with a debit, credit or netpsend prepaid card. and minimal payment is biweekly $75
Is nothing set up I will contact you till your account leaves my desk then our collections team will reach out if noting set up.
Are you wanting to set this up?
I am really only liable to pay the principal only on this loan.
Thank you

I just received a tribal loan from Cash Fairy in the amount of $200.00. The finance charge is $499.21 for a total of $669.21. Do I really have to pay the $699.21 or should I only pay the $200? I am in the state of Louisiana.

I had a loan with green gate for $400. I settled w them for 4 payments of $130 even though I knew I didn't need to pay them the extra just to get them off my back. They haven't taken my last payment of $130 in over 2 weeks from my prepaid debit card. Today I get a call from them saying I still $280. They are impossible to deal with.

Debby A, did you get anywhere with Green Gate? I looked at my account this morning, and it says it's been charged off. I have $130 still sitting on my cc they never took, and I really only owe $10 left on principal, but they're site says I owe $270.

I would have started a new thread but for what ever reason I am not able to register and unable to start one. I'm in Texas and I sent 3 letters of ACH revocation and request for refund today, Arrowhead Advance, Big Picture Loans, and Great Plains lending. All 3 of these i have far exceeding paying the principal amount. I pulled someone's template off of one of the forums on this site.
My question is, has anyone had experience with any or all of these, and what can i expect from here?
Thanks in advance for answering my questions.

What you can expect:
Tribal lenders can tell you that they don't fall under federal laws. They may ask you to act as per the loan agreement (which is void actually). Don't worry about them.
Tribal lender will try to
