Arrowhead Advance
Date: Wed, 11/08/2017 - 12:56
I took out a loan with Arrowhead Advance on 9/2016 for $1000 and by 11/18/16 had paid $1343.66 and that was the last date I paid. They have recently called my job and left a voicemail (on someone else's phone) saying I defaulted and need to pay the remaining amount.
What should I do? Of course other than not pay another dime?
They are not supposed to do
They are not supposed to do that. Ask them to stop calling you at your work or you will make a complaint against them.
This is another dirty trick
This is another dirty trick these scumbugs are playing nowadays. Contact them and say you'll file a complaint with the State Attorney General if they don't stop doing this.
Yes, they are not authorized
Yes, they are not authorized to do that. Don't worry, don't pay any more, tell them you'll file a complaint against them to the State Attorney General if they don't stop doing this.
You should not delay and file
You should not delay and file a complaint against them. If they contact you, tell them politely that you don't owe anything to them and you have documents to produce.
