Hunt &Henriques first letter

I'm new to this forum but after googling Hunt& Henriques I decided to join. I just received my first letter from them stating capital one has engaged this law firm to collect the outstanding debt which is $4550.00. After reading other posts I'm wondering what I should do first. Most of the other post are after people have been served. Thank you in advance for the reply.

As per The Fair Debt
As per The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), a debt collector should send you written validation of the debt. If you not yet received it, then ask them to validate the debt. first.

Send a debt validation letter via certified mail first. This should be your first step.
