Is it possible anyhow to take out a cash advance but avoid paying a fee. Do I need to pay a fee if I repay the cash advance amount the very next day?

You have to pay the interest rate, fee, and the finance charge for cash advance. Why would you take out a payday loan if you can repay it the very next day? You can borrow a personal loan instead.

Don't take out a payday loan. If it is urgent, take out a personal loan. If it is not urgent, then set aside money to buy that item instead of taking out a loan that comes with hight interest.

You have to pay the interest rate, fee, and the finance charge for cash advance. There is no other way. But I would suggest you to avoid such option, payday loans and cash advances are worst, you know.

Why will you take out a cash advance? If possible, you can swipe your credit card to make the required payment and then repay the amount within the billing cycle. Doing so, you can pay with your credit card, which is somewhat a secured mode of payment and also avoid the interest and the fee for using credit card to withdraw money.
