I am trying to find out of Spot Loan (www.spotloan.com) is legal in Tennessee. I have sent emails arguing their legality and they of course come back stating they are a tribal lender, etc etc. Can anyone help me with this?

Spot loan is an illegal

Spot loan is an illegal lender all over the state of US. If you have taken out a loan from them, then you owe them nothing more than the principal balance. No interest, no fees. Close down your old bank account to stop unauthorized withdrawal.
