Eskanos & Adler have violated the fdcpa more than once. I just filed a complaint with FTC and they affirmed that these law firm violated the FDCPA and they can be taken to court as a result.
They Break the law and they know it.
If you google these guys you get so many different violations that it is unbelievable that they still are in business.
They will threaten you. They will threaten that they will tell whomever they want that you are deliquent. They threaten to keep calling you at work since they can. They say they will take you to court. They lie to get information. They have no Ethics.
Remember if you use them, your court cases can be thrown out if the defendants prove that your agents used illegal or unethical means to get results.

I'm going to send them a Cease and Desist Letter to make it illegal for them to call me on the telephone, and hopefully they will violate the fdcpa, and then I'm going to sue them and let them see how it feels to have a lawsuit filed against them.
