Is it a good move to file bankruptcy to stop wage garnishment? I mean will it be a good financial decision? Is it worth of starting a financial life after getting discharge from my discharge?

Well, it's a fact that bankruptcy helps you to stop wage garnishment. But understand one fact clearly. You can't file bankruptcy just like that. The eligibility criterion is pretty strict. Plus much depends on what kind of debts you owe and how much you owe.

You can restart a financial life after getting a bankruptcy discharge also. That's not a problem.

Yes, you can stop wage garnishment by filing bankruptcy. But, why are you thinking about this option. Is the debt amount huge? You can go for settlement to get out of your debt load. Bankruptcy should be the last resort.
