What's happening with Unclewarbucks.com? They stopped taking my payment. Up until yesterday, my account went to a .00 balance and it was allowing me to apply for a new loan - when I really have a $1000 loan outstanding. They never took payments in November. Now I am being emailed and called - they say there was not enough money in my account for payment which is not true and this morning my account is showing as "collections". This happen to anyone else and how do we deal with it? I am in Ohio and see that they operate out of Quebec - is that illegal?


so how much was actually borrowed,and how much debited until november?you only owe the principle,and anything debited they call rollovers gets deducted from that.now it appears that they were one of dozens of illegal pdl's that had their ACH rights revoked.so find out how much you truly owe,and try to pay it back on your terms.not theirs as if they were legit(which they are not)they wouldn't be in this position.

they are in CANADA which means totally illegal,and besides your posts are getting tiresome.if the illegal lender cannot debit no matter what why should the OP close their account?last thing the words i think.i don't think i know big difference.

I think they are illegal. Don’t pay them an extra dime other than the principal balance. Close down your old bank account immediately and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. If required, you can file a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC. Don’t share any personal information with them.
